Get to Center City Philly in 15 minutes by car, trolley (2 blocks), bus (on the corner) or protected bike lanes.  Within three blocks, walk to: Clark Park, three coffee shops, Farmers Market, food co-op, grocery store, CVS, and lots of restaurants including our local “Cheers” pub, Local 44.
